Starts mid-July 2026Reconnect coaching group
A 6-week group coaching experience for women who are there for everyone else (and are really good at it), but need a more sustainable pace of life.
The second you find space in your calendar, you fill it with something—because everything has to be done, and it’s all important, and it’s all up to you.
Cue overwhelm. And no amount of yoga is going to fix it (if you even had time for it). You have so little time for yourself that when you do have an hour—you spend 45 minutes deciding how you want to spend it! If you feel like you don’t have your own life anymore because everything you love doing, everything you love being, is sandwiched between caring for aging parents and young children, plus working, plus volunteering because the world is on fire, plus connecting with friends … you are in the right place. You’re not depressed, you’re functioning fine on paper. But you still feel like something’s missing. In the quiet moments, life feels somehow empty and unfulfilling. You crave rest, renewal, a sense of thriving instead of just barely keeping your head above water.
You long to create the proverbial “village” where there is none.
You know you need to take some things off your plate, but saying no might hurt your relationships. You pride yourself on being dependable; you always carried the group projects in school and even now, nobody does it quite like you–even if it’s just getting the right kind of milk at the grocery store. Besides, who else will stand up for your neighbors who already had to flee a war zone, or speak a different language at home?
So you’ve tried managing your time better; you’ve learned deep breathing techniques, you take walks when you can. And you still wonder when you’ll achieve that sense of spaciousness; a decluttered calendar and relief from the pressure to constantly do more. You want a life that belongs to you, not to everyone else.
What you really need is a system that honors the way your brain works–and allows you to rest AND show up for others in a way that feels good. You need someone to help– someone else who pays the same attention to detail; time to rest or have hobbies; relationships that consistently fill your cup and make you feel alive and nurtured.
And that’s why I’ve built the Flourishing Self Framework.
My background as a social worker and experiences as a therapist as well as community builder and activist have shown me the gaps in how we think about solutions to our problems. The dominant messaging in the US is one that pushes constant growth and optimizing… but from an individualist standpoint. And while it’s not wrong that we have the most influence over ourselves, it’s also not the whole picture. People don’t exist in a vacuum; our environments matter and our connection to others play a huge role. our individual roles in systems informs every part of my work. If you don’t have a supportive environment, no amount of self-care will make up for it. This program honors that need for interconnectedness and a holistic approach.
How The Flourishing Self Framework helps you get yourself back:
Self-nurture instead of self-care; build creativity and flexibility for when life throws you curveballs.
Identity Clarity Assessment
Pillar 1Get clear on your personal vision, values, and gaps between your day to day and your dreams for yourself.
Increased self-awareness
Pillar 2Sustainable Connection Blueprint
Your personalized plan for sustainable connection to yourself and to others
Identify mindset changes and skills to build that go beyond boundaries: this is about self-nurture
Pillar 3
Confidence Expansion System
Self trust is built through small decisions and consistency: of habits and mindset
Values aligned practices for all areas of your life
Self-compassion as the foundation for sustainable change
*Because this is a beta program, your feedback and interest will shape how much time is spent on each component and which skill topics are covered each week.
This is for you if you want to:
Notice and honor your own needs consistently: sustainable schedules and stress management; knowing when to shift gears in response to life: kids’ school schedules, illness; unexpected expenses; crises in your community.
Set boundaries without guilt- stop saying yes to every volunteer opportunity and then burning out. Know when to say no, and what to say no to when everything feels important. Develop a framework for making these decisions and evaluating where to make changes.
Feel more confident making decisions- decide more quickly and stop endless waffling even after making a pros and cons list or struggling to identify what you really want.
Build stronger relationships, starting with self-compassion. We thrive in relationships and our relationship to self is intertwined with our relationships with others. Build powerful shifts in mindset around connection, not just better conflict and communication skills.
