I created this list for the woman who struggles to know where to start– or how to stay focused on what really matters. I’m talking moving from treading water to actually nurturing yourself so you can grow. There’s so much advice out there, and a lot of it is great! But it’s also sometimes conflicting. The key here is to start as small as you need to build consistency. New habit? Try 30 seconds. Can’t do it daily? Try for more days than the week before. Think of this as a menu- pick one or more; experiment with combinations.
